Oodles of Poodles provides a rescue service for unwanted poodles and other low shedding dogs. Most of these dogs

are obtained from pounds.  The rescue service provides foster care and ensures that the poodle is rehomed in an environment suitable for its particular needs.  We are able

to do this through the good will of supporters who provide donations, grooming, foster care and retraining. Since late 2000, 80 dogs have been rescued.

NOTE: Dogs are often rescued from as far away as Sydney. For practical reasons, however, the fostering and rehoming services are limited to Canberra and surrounding areas.
